Job summary

Medrina, LLC in Delaware is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join the Seaford market as a 1099 independent contractor. You will provide comprehensive medical care for SNF patients, manage medical care and care planning, and ensure accurate EMR documentation.

The role is part-time (2-3 days/week) with Monday-Friday schedule and no weekend requirements. The ideal candidate holds an active Delaware license, board-eligible or -certified in Internal Medicine, and a current DEA license, with

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to SNF patients, including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Responsible for full medical management and primary care
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Delaware license
• Board eligible/certified in Internal Medicine
• Active DEA license
• Experience managing adult/geriatric patient populations

Preferred Experience

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or post-acute care experience
• Inpatient hospitalist

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients as well as working on a computer.'
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.'
• May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks, etc.) and chemical hazards.'
• Must wear the required PPE per company and/or facility requirement.'
• Must comply with facility vaccination requirements.
