Qualifications

  • Provide comprehensive adult primary care services.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
  • Perform preventive care and wellness visits.
  • Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
