Accolades Physician Resources is seeking an Internal Medicine physician for an outpatient primary care role in Missouri. The community clinic serves its local senior population in a value-based care model.

The physician will see patients 100% in outpatient settings, with no nights or weekends, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm and minimal call. Collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment emphasizing comprehensive geriatric care.

Qualifications

• Board certified or eligible in Internal or Family Medicine.
• Minimum 2 years experience with seniors; geriatrics preferred.
• Missouri medical license or eligibility.
• Outpatient clinic experience required.

Responsibilities

• See patients in a 100% outpatient clinic.
• No nights or weekends.
• Clinic hours: Mon-Fri 8am–5pm with minimal call.
• Treat complex conditions and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Supervise/collaborate with Advanced Practitioner Nurses or Physician Assistants.
• Foster relationships with each patient, providing thorough care.

ROLE

Will see patients in 100% outpatient clinic with No Nights, No Weekends!

Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with minimal call

Will treat complex conditions & analyze to determine best course of treatment

Foster relationships with each patient, spending more time, not less

Will supervise /collaborate with Advanced Practitioner Nurses or Phys. Assistants

Multidisciplinary team (nurses, behavioral health specialists & pharmacists

PACKAGE

Salary range commensurate with experience $220-$250K

Annual bonus based on quality metrics + Sign on bonus!

Potential for over $300k total income year 1, promotable to Lead

'Ability to obtain/maintain medical license in state of Missouri
