Job summary

ArchWell Health in Kansas City is seeking Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians for outpatient primary care focused on adults and Medicare patients. You will join a supported team with dedicated staff and a predictable schedule.

Outpatient only, 12–16 patients per day, rotating tele call, dedicated admin time, and a $75,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance if needed. Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• MD or DO graduate, board certified/eligible in Family or Internal Medicine.
• Geriatrics fellowship welcome but not required.
• Active Missouri license or ability to obtain full Missouri licensure.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient only; no hospital or SNF duties.
• Manage an adult/Medicare population with ~12–16 patients per day on ramp.
• Rotating tele call among in-market physicians; dedicated admin time.
• Autonomy in patient care with protected clinical judgement.

Outpatient Primary Care Physician -- $75,000 Sign On Bonus - Kansas City, Missouri

ArchWell Health is seeking Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians to join our elite group in Kansas City, Missouri. This is a true outpatient role focused on an adult/Medicare population 60+ - designed for physicians who want to practice high-quality medicine with strong support and a predictable schedule.

Practice Model

• Outpatient only - no hospital or skilled nursing facility responsibilities

• Average 12-16 patients per day upon ramp up

• Rotating tele call shared among in-market physicians

• Dedicated admin time built into schedule

• $75,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance if needed

• Quality metrics-based bonus

• Weekends hours available, not required

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. graduates

• Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, not required

• Comfortable caring for adult and Medicare-aged patients

• Team-oriented with a focus on quality and continuity of care

• Physician must have an active, non-probationary Missouri medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full Missouri medical licensure (Kansas licensure is a plus)
