Accolades Physician Resources seeks an Internal Medicine / Family Medicine physician for an adult primary care role in Des Moines, IA.

100% outpatient at one clinic with on-site labs, a capped patient panel, and schedule Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, no nights or weekends; team includes MD/DO, APP, and Scribe.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with current US residency.
• Ability to obtain Iowa medical license.
• Active US work visa not specified as required.

Responsibilities

• Adult primary care at 1 outpatient location.
• Join a team of MD/DO + APP + Scribe; Medical Assistant.
• Capped patient panel to support work-life balance.
• Clinic recently built with on-site labs.
• Typical day: 11–14 patients; schedule M–F 8a–5p; no nights or weekends.

Role Overview

• Adult Primary Care role
• 100% Outpatient at 1 Location
• Join existing team of MD/DO + APP + Scribe, Medical Assistant
• Capped patient panel for work life balance- spend more time with patients
• Recently built clinics with on site labs
• Schedule: M-F 8a-5p- NO Nights, NO Weekends
• Value Based Care- Emphasis on CARE
• Typical day: 11-14 Patients per day

PACKAGE

• Partner Track available; Promotable Position
• Salary range commensurate with exp. to $240k ; + Annual Quality Bonus

YOU

• Board Certified Internal Medicine, Geriatrics or Family Medicine with elderly patient exp.
• Ability to obtain maintain medical license in state of Iowa
