• Scope: Provide comprehensive flight medicine, occupational medicine, and primary care services to eligible beneficiaries assigned to the Flight Medicine Clinic and Occupational Health Clinic


• State Licensure: Any active unrestricted state license


• Responsibility for Advanced Practitioners: None


• Credentialing timeframe: 60 days
