New Horizon Family Health Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced physician to join our outpatient FQHC team in Greenville, SC.

You will provide comprehensive medical care across preventive and acute services, with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care within a supportive multi-location network. The role includes base salary with incentive potential, dedicated administrative time, and use of Athena EMR.

Competenze

• MD or DO with medical training; South Carolina license required.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics; must become board-certified within 1 year if eligible.

Mansioni

• Provide outpatient medical care in an FQHC setting.
• Diagnose and treat patients; coordinate with care teams and preventive services.
• Supervise clinical and non-clinical staff; participate in quality improvement.

_ NOTE: _ New Horizon Family Health Services operates multiple locations throughout Greenville, Greer, Travelers Rest, and Berea. Candidate placement and worksite assignments will be determined at the discretion of the Executive Team, based on organizational needs and operational priorities.

Details:

• Outpatient FQHC setting
• Guaranteed Base Salary plus Quarterly Incentive Potential
• Dedicated Administrative Time
• EMR – Athena
• On Call - minimal phone calls only; approximately >=1:10
• Paid Holidays Off

Education:

• Must have successfully completed medical training at a four (4) year, accredited Medical School and received an M.D. or D.O. degree.

Licensure/Certification:

• Must be licensed to practice Medicine in South Carolina.
• Must be Board-Certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics. If board eligible, must become board-certified within one year of initial hire date and continue to maintain board certification for the length of employment.
• Must be BLS CPR certified.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of the techniques and skills necessary to diagnose and properly treat diseases and injuries.
• A working knowledge of the administrative practices and procedures, rules, regulations and policies that govern the rendering of responsible medical and nursing care.
• A working knowledge of public health and preventative care guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability to relate with warmth and compassion to patients and co-workers.
• The ability to effectively supervise professional and non-professional employees in their clinical duties.
