Job summary

Palm Careers is hiring an Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner for a primary care practice just outside Roswell, NM. The NP will see 11–15 patients daily, build their own panel, and work with autonomy in a Monday–Friday 8a–5p schedule.

The ideal candidate is Board Certified, with NM licensure preferred, and experienced in histories, medication management, and new patient consults across all ages. Epic experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP with primary care/internal medicine experience.
• Ability to manage patient histories and medications.
• Capable of building and managing an autonomous patient panel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct histories and medication management for patients.
• Perform new patient consults and care planning.
• See patients across all ages and maintain continuity of care.
• Operate Monday to Friday, 8a–5p, with no weekend hours.

We are hiring a Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join an established group just outside of Roswell, NM!

This is a primary care/internal medicine position where the newly hired candidate will see 11-15 patients per day. The newly hired candidate must be Board Certified and an active New Mexico license is preferred. The provider will be building their own patient panel and eventually need to work with autonomy. Duties include histories, medication management, new patient consults, must be able to see all ages, etc. The newly hired must feel comfortable seeing all ages.Hours are Monday - Friday 8a - 5pm schedule with no weekends/call.Familiarity with Epic is preferred.
