Accolades Physician Resources is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for outpatient adult primary care in New Mexico. Join a mission-driven group expanding its team of four providers in the Albuquerque area.

The role is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with on-site labs, phlebotomist, and support from a scribe and medical assistant to manage a steady patient flow.

Salary ranges from $120k to $140k per year, plus a bonus up to $8k, full malpractice coverage, paid vacation, and health insurance.

Qualifications

• MSN required with NM NP license.
• Minimum 1 year NP experience.
• Strong understanding of ICD-10 coding.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient primary care responsibilities, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
• Collaborate with care teams to develop coordinated care plans.
• Support of scribe and medical assistant.
• See 13-16 patients per day.
• On-site labs with a phlebotomist.
