Job summary

Tufts Medicine is seeking an experienced Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our Internal Medicine practice in Medford, MA. In this role, you will develop meaningful relationships with patients and help meet their primary care needs, utilizing proactive care and working collaboratively within the healthcare community.

This position requires a current RN and Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts, along with a passion for primary care and a focus on high-quality patient care.

Tufts Medical Center Community Care is recruiting for an exceptional colleague with previous Nurse Practitioner experience to join our busy Internal Medicine practice in Medford, MA as an Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner. Join a group of 5 providers in our well-established and growing practice.

Who you are

• Graduate of an accredited and/or approved Nurse Practitioner program.

• Current license as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• A patient‑centered approach with a focus on high‑quality care and patient satisfaction.
• You have a passion for primary care.
• You are a team player who is excited to work cooperatively with a wide range of disciplines to deliver outstanding patient satisfaction.
