Job summary

Tufts Medical Center Community Care is recruiting an exceptional Nurse Practitioner to join our busy Internal Medicine practice in Medford, MA as an Empaneled Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner. The team focuses on patient-centered care and proactive population health.

You will work with a collegial group of primary care providers in a well-established practice affiliated with Tufts Medicine and local hospitals, delivering high-quality care with strong patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited and/or approved Nurse Practitioner program.
• Minimum of 2 years of NP experience in a primary care or similar clinical setting.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Who you are:

• Graduate of an accredited and/or approved Nurse Practitioner program.

Pay Range:

$124,800.00 - $156,000.00
