Tufts Medical Center Community Care in Medford, MA is recruiting an Empaneled Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join a busy practice. You will build meaningful patient relationships, meet primary care needs, and use proactive care management to support population health.

You will collaborate across multiple medical teams. The role requires a Nurse Practitioner program graduate with at least 2 years in a primary care setting and MA RN/NP licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care or similar setting.
• Current RN and NP licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

$124,800.00 - $156,000.00
