Job summary

HCA HealthONE Centennial Primary Care in Denver, CO is seeking an experienced Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider (APN/NP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage care for adult patients, including acute illnesses, minor injuries and chronic conditions, with emphasis on evidence-based practice.

Requirements include an NP degree from an accredited program, Colorado license or eligibility, and 1–2 years of APP experience in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
