Candidate must have 2+ years in Family Medicine, active Colorado APN license, and relevant certifications. EPIC EHR familiarity is preferred; strong teamwork is essential for integrated care across clinics.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience in Family Medicine.
• Current, unrestricted APN license to practice in Colorado.
• Colorado DEA licensure currently active.
• AANP or ANCC certification, or certification within 5 years of Master’s degree.

AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG) is a sister organization of AdventHealth with over 600 Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers in 27 individual service lines in Colorado. We have 5 hospitals, 8 freestanding emergency and urgent care centers and 6 ambulatory surgery centers. This aligned model and practice management experience provides the opportunity for the clinicians to focus on the clinical aspects of medicine.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two Years experience relevant to Family Medicine
• Must have completed undergraduate and master's Level Nursing Programs from an accredited school of Nursing and passed state boards
• Current, unrestricted full APN license to practice in Colorado
• Current Colorado DEA Licensure
• AANP or ANCC certification, or become certified within 5 years of completion of Master's Degree
• NCCPA Certification from an accredited PA Program
• Current, unrestricted PA License
• American Heart Association certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support)
