Centennial Primary Care, part of HCA HealthONE, seeks an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join their Internal Medicine team in the Denver area of Colorado. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive primary care to adults, managing acute illnesses, chronic conditions, and preventive care.

The ideal candidate holds an NP degree, CO license, and 1–2 years of APP experience in Internal or Family Medicine, with no new grads.

Qualifications

• NP degree from accredited program.
• CO license or ability to obtain one.
• Internal Medicine or Family Medicine APP experience preferred.
• 1-2 yrs. practice experience as an APP required.
• Provide treatment to patients for most acute illnesses, minor injuries and chronic conditions.
