Job summary

Revere Health in Utah is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Internal Medicine team. You will provide direct clinical services, perform comprehensive patient examinations, and help manage acute and chronic conditions.

Qualifications

• National certification as NP or PA
• Utah license/certification required

Responsibilities

• Provides direct clinical services.
• Examines patient and performs comprehensive examinations.
• Compiles patient medical data including health history and examination results.
• Interprets data to determine preliminary diagnosis and therapeutic plan.
• Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify health care needs.
• Formulates and implements treatment plans for illness management.
• Documents in patient medical records.
