Triangle Springs in Raleigh, NC, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner to manage medical care for new admissions and follow-ups. You’ll join an 77-bed behavioral health hospital with supportive admission logistics handled by Intake/Nursing, while the NP reviews histories and initiates medications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical management for new admissions and follow-up care
• Mon-Fri schedule with 15-20 daily patients
• Limited call: 1 night/week + 1 weekend/month (phone only; respond within 15 minutes)
• Review admission histories and order continuation/initiation of medications
• Internal Medicine team completes all H&P within 24 hours of admission
