Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• LPN license with current status; compact multistate license or temp permit acceptable during licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) strongly preferred or required within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Review records, prepare exam rooms, and assist physicians with patient care.
• Handle prescription renewals/inquiries and relay information to pharmacy.
• Perform telephone triage and document patient conditions per policy.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and proper equipment.
• Provide patient/family education and age-appropriate care.
