District Medical Group (DMG) in the Phoenix area is actively recruiting a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary medical care in collaboration with the behavioral health teams at the Valleywise Behavioral & Mental Health Center in Maryvale, Arizona for patients with serious medical illness.

The ideal candidate will hold an Arizona NP/PA license, demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic; previous clinical experience is preferred.

INTERNAL MEDICINE CONSULT

DMG is actively recruiting for a NP/PA to provide primary medical care, in collaboration with the behavioral health teams at the Valleywise Behavioral & Mental Health Center in Maryvale, Arizona for patients with serious medical illness. Note: psychiatric care is provided by a team of psychiatrists and other behavioral health professionals.

Candidate must have an Arizona NP/PA license, outstanding interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic. Previous clinical experience preferred.
