Job summary

District Medical Group (DMG) is seeking a NP/PA to provide primary medical care in collaboration with the behavioral health teams at the Valleywise Behavioral & Mental Health Center in Phoenix, Arizona. The role emphasizes integrated care for patients with serious medical illness, with psychiatric care provided by a dedicated team.

Candidates must have an Arizona NP/PA license, outstanding interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Arizona NP/PA license.
• Previous clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary medical care in collaboration with the behavioral health teams at Valleywise Behavioral & Mental Health Center.

Note: psychiatric care is provided by a team of psychiatrists and other behavioral health professionals.
