Job summary

District Medical Group (DMG) is seeking a NP/PA to provide primary medical care in collaboration with behavioral health teams at the Valleywise Behavioral & Mental Health Center in Maryvale, AZ. Psychiatric care is provided by a dedicated team of psychiatrists and behavioral health professionals.

The candidate must hold an Arizona NP/PA license, have strong interpersonal skills and a solid work ethic; prior clinical experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Arizona NP/PA license required.
• Previous clinical experience preferred.
• Experience in primary medical care a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary medical care in collaboration with behavioral health teams.
• Coordinate care for patients at Valleywise Behavioral & Mental Health Center in Maryvale, AZ.

INTERNAL MEDICINE CONSULT

DMG is actively recruiting for a NP/PA to provide primary medical care, in collaboration with the behavioral health teams at the Valleywise Behavioral & Mental Health Center in Maryvale, Arizona or patients with serious medical illness. Note: psychiatric care is provided by a team of psychiatrists and other behavioral health professionals.

Candidate must have an Arizona NP/PA license, outstanding interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic. Previous clinical experience preferred.
