Advocate Health Wake Forest Baptist Internal Medicine-Premier in High Point, NC is seeking clinicians to join a 4 physician & 4 APP team. Office hours are 8:00am–5:00pm, Mon–Fri. Direct patient care with a 4.5-day schedule and no night shifts or weekend duties.

Flexible, collaborative setting focused on quality patient care and prevention. Responsibilities include independent practice in a primary care office with supervision, coordination of staff, ongoing education, and adherence to infection

Qualifications

• Provides care that may be longitudinal, and is responsible for disease management across time, or provides care for overflow and sick visits.
• Functions independently in the primary care office setting in collaboration with a supervising physician.
• Emphasis on preventative care, stable acute illness reprieve, health promotion and illness/injury prevention.

Provides care that is focused on single-visit encounters. Emphasis is on illness reprieve and medication/vaccination compliance. Coordinates staffing and orientation of assigned team members. Plans and conducts ongoing education and training. Maintains infection control/safety standards, and be committed to providing and promoting patient-centered communication and care.
