Base salary is $260,000 with a $15,000 sign-on; quarterly bonuses after 6 months of employment; start Summer 2026; 8:00–16:30, Monday–Friday; average 20 patients per day; strong focus on serving the homeless population; 4 hours of admin time per week; generous PTO and comprehensive benefits including CME, tuition reimbursement, loan forgiveness up to $60k.

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Internal Medicine.
• Experience in Federally Qualified Health Center preferred.
• Interest in serving the homeless population.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient internal medicine care to FQHC patients.
• Manage a daily patient load of about 20.
• Participate in weekly admin time and CME.
• Comply with facility policies and preventive care programs.
