Responsibilities include overseeing the full transaction lifecycle, coordinating diligence and deal execution, and leading efforts to ensure successful post-merger integration. The role will require close collaboration across internal stakeholders to translate acquisition priorities into actionable targets and drive outcomes after closing.

The ideal candidate will have two to three years of investment banking experience, followed by two to three years of corporate development experience at a manufacturing, industrial, or medical device company, or buy-side private equity experience focused on manufacturing or industrial sectors. The client is looking for an executive who can execute transactions effectively while supporting continuous improvement of acquisition priorities.
