CNH Industrial is seeking an Internal Logistics Manager for a fully on-site role in Fargo, ND. You will lead material planning, warehousing, and distribution to ensure production runs smoothly and costs stay controlled.

The position emphasizes SAP EWM readiness, warehouse optimization, and data-driven improvement initiatives across the facility. Strong leadership and collaboration with multiple teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree or equivalent logistics experience with related field.
• Experience in inventory control, material planning, warehousing and internal logistics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead material planning, releases, warehousing and distribution operations.
• Manage flow of raw materials and finished goods to support production.
• Develop inventory control systems balancing availability and investment.
• Oversee receiving, storage, locating, dispatching and transportation activities.
• Analyze contracts, specs and changes to support logistics strategies.
• Coordinate with suppliers, production teams and engineering to meet commitments.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, inventory accuracy and cost improvements.
• Use data to identify improvement opportunities and support decisions.
• Lead and develop logistics staff and promote accountability.
• Support SAP EWM implementation and warehouse enhancements.
