Job summary

The role requires strong technical knowledge of IBS products, including Internet Banking, Cardbase, Deposits and Loans, with the ability to troubleshoot outages and coordinate with IBS and staff to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting IBS Banking core systems and related products.
• Strong written and verbal communication for internal/external customers.
• Ability to analyze and reconcile reports such as online banking and transfers.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service via telephone, mail, and e-mail to internal customers in a centralized Help Desk Center.
• Supports internal customers with service questions regarding IBS products and bank services.
• Performs account maintenance for IBS Banking core systems and related modules.
• Coordinates with IBS on outages, errors, and complex application issues.
• Analyzes daily reports and reconciles online banking, transfers, and wire activity.
