Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a DoW Internal Control Lead in Indianapolis to optimize client control environments and support audit remediation efforts. You will develop process narratives, implement corrective actions, and run internal control testing.

Lead work streams, coach junior staff, and review documentation. A SECRET clearance is required or ability to obtain; travel up to 10% may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or similar field.
• Active SECRET clearance or ability to obtain; preferred existing clearance.
• Extensive experience with DoD or federal audit remediation and testing.

Responsibilities

• Support audit remediation activities and update process narratives and flow charts.
• Design and implement corrective action plans addressing findings.
• Perform recurring testing of internal controls and control programs.
• Provide targeted support for components and lead work streams.
• Coach and develop junior personnel and review their work.
