Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a DoW Internal Control Lead in Indianapolis to optimize client control environments and support audit remediation efforts. You will develop process narratives, implement corrective actions, and run internal control testing.

Lead work streams, coach junior staff, and review documentation. A SECRET clearance is required or ability to obtain; travel up to 10% may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or similar field.
• Active SECRET clearance or ability to obtain; preferred existing clearance.
• Extensive experience with DoD or federal audit remediation and testing.

Responsibilities

## DoW Internal Control LeadApply: US - IN, Indianapolis: Full time: Posted Today: 44983**Job Family:**Finance & Accounting Consulting**Travel Required:**Up to 10%**Clearance Required:**Ability to Obtain Secret**What You Will Do:** The DoW internal control analyst helps DoW clients optimize their internal control environment and help solve client pain points. Key responsibilities include:* Supporting audit remediation activities, such as developing/updating process documentation (e.g., narratives and flow charts), and developing/implementing corrective action plans to address findings* Performing recurring testing, such as testing internal controls, designing and executing internal control programs* Providing targeted area support based on Component (e.g., performing root cause analysis and corrective action plan development)* Manage and execute work streams* Coach and develop junior personnel* Review all documentation prepared by more junior personnel**What You Will Need:** * Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD \"SECRET\" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
