Qualifications

• High proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit and coordinate compelling, relevant and timely communications to employees, field members and other audiences, ensuring alignment with key messages and overall communication plan.
• Draft and execute communications plans based on business objectives and input from subject matter experts and business leaders.
• Ensure consistency of messages across communications channels.
• Review and update online content regularly to ensure it is current and relevant.
• Work with business partners, project teams, and other stakeholders to understand their objectives and develop appropriate content. Coordinate plans with other key business initiatives. Drive business priorities by crafting engaging communications that are clear and concise, on-message, consistent in tone and align with internal communications styles/standards.
• Assist to broader projects across the Communications team. Provide support and expertise with ad hoc communications requests to help address unforeseen issues and opportunities.
