Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate communications or digital platforms.
• Experience administering digital communication platforms and intranets.
• Strong writing, editing and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as admin for internal communications systems and digital tools.
• Manage governance, access, training and content standards across platforms.
• Partner with IT and vendors on enhancements and integrations.
• Design digital and print materials that align with brand standards.
• Create engaging employee-facing content for intranet, email, and signage.
• Use analytics to improve content performance and adoption.
• Evaluate AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.
• Provide training and consultative support to content contributors.
• Maintain assets, templates and publishing workflows.
