Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health in Richmond, VA is seeking a Communications Manager to support employee communications, align with our mission, and deliver engaging storytelling across channels. The role blends strategy and hands-on execution, advising HR partners and leaders, and shaping internal messaging to inform and inspire more than 50,000 team members.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in employee communications, excellent writing and presentation skills, and experience with Microsoft 365,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, minimum qualification.
5+ years of experience in employee communications and storytelling.
Proven ability to develop and deliver effective internal communications across channels.

Responsibilities

Support the execution of employee communications strategies and plans with executive leaders and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather information and craft compelling messages.
Provide communications counsel to HR partners and leaders on messaging, audiences, channels, and timing.
Host activations and employee experiences that build pride and connection to the Mission and Values.
Develop content across internal channels (email, intranet, newsletters) and monitor effectiveness.
