Movement Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Communications Specialist to inform, engage, and connect employees across the organization. You will support executive and employee communications, company-wide initiatives, and enterprise communication planning.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer and a detail-oriented project manager who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys turning complex information into clear, actionable messages for leaders and staff alike.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
2-3+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, public relations, employee engagement, marketing communications, or related field.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with executives, department leaders, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.

Responsibilities

Support planning, development, and execution of employee communication strategies and initiatives.
Create and distribute company-wide communications, announcements, updates, newsletters, and messaging.
Develop and maintain enterprise communication calendars and plans.
Partner with departments to identify communication needs and develop messaging strategies.
Ensure communications are timely, accurate, and aligned with company priorities.
