Job summary

Third Way, a national think tank, seeks an Internal Events and Operations Intern to streamline internal communications across LOD and Business Operations. You will edit email copy, post on Teams, and engage with staff during a part-time, in-person internship.

You will support an internship program that emphasizes analytics, cohort events, and collaboration with HR, IT, and Office Operations to strengthen staff communications and organizational culture.

Qualifications

• Current student with interest in communication strategies, organizational development, and employee engagement.
• A Communications, Business, or Human Resources degree is preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage information flow.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve internal communications across Business Operations teams.
• Develop a communications strategy to report organizational updates.
• Highlight areas to streamline internal communications for LOD and BizOps.
