Qualifications

• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, audience-centered messages.
• Experience developing multi-channel communications and newsletters.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, edit, and coordinate internal communications for initiatives and updates.
• Plan, produce, and manage internal newsletters including development, writing, editing, approvals, distribution, and review.
• Support project communication plans by identifying audiences, objectives, messages, channels, timelines, risks, stakeholders, and success measures.
• Maintain intranet content with IT and content owners ensuring accuracy and usability.
• Create message frameworks, talking points, FAQs, leader toolkits, presentations, and other assets for consistent communications.
• Prepare agendas, content, and follow-up for meetings, town halls, and project teams.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Marketing, Legal, and clinical leadership to align messages.
• Assist with media relations and external communications as needed.
• Support community engagement activities and organizational visibility opportunities.
