Stellar Consulting Solutions, LLC in Pittsburgh/Boston is seeking an Internal Communications Manager on a 6+ month contract to lead the PRIME Culture Framework rollout. Hybrid work with 3 days onsite in Pittsburgh and 2 days WFH, reporting to senior leaders.

The role focuses on producing communications materials, partnering with HR and Marketing, and building a Culture Champions network, while measuring engagement and guiding messaging across a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage a communication plan for the PRIME Culture Framework.
• Write and design internal communications (emails, SharePoint content, leadership messaging, video scripts, signage, town halls, FAQs).
• Partner with HR, Marketing, and business leaders to ensure consistent messaging.
• Create toolkits and guides for managers to explain the culture.
• Build and manage an internal Culture Champions network.
• Measure employee engagement and report results to senior leadership.
• Identify communication issues and improve messaging during the rollout.

Role: Internal Communications Manager (Contract)

Location: Hybrid – Pittsburgh, PA/Boston, MA(3 days onsite 2 days WFH)

Duration: 6+Months(Contract#w2)

What is this role about?

The company is looking for someone to help communicate and promote a new company culture program (called the PRIME Culture Framework) to employees. This person will create communication materials, work with different departments, and help leaders explain the new culture across the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create and manage a communication plan for the new culture initiative.
• Write and design internal communications such as:
• Emails
• SharePoint/Intranet content
• Leadership messages
• Video scripts
• Digital signage
• Town hall presentations
• FAQs and talking points
• Work closely with HR, Marketing, and business leaders to ensure everyone receives consistent messaging.
• Support executives with communication materials.
• Create toolkits and guides for managers so they can explain the new culture to their teams.
• Build and manage an internal "Culture Champions" network to encourage employee participation.
• Use employee rewards and recognition programs to reinforce the new culture.
• Measure employee engagement and report results to senior leadership.
• Identify communication issues and improve messaging during the rollout.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of Internal Communications or Corporate Communications experience.
• Experience in change management or change communications.
• Experience supporting culture transformation or organizational change projects.
• Excellent writing and content creation skills.
• Experience creating communication toolkits and leadership messaging.
• Strong experience working directly with senior leaders/executives.
• Experience working in large, complex global organizations.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint.
• Able to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in Life Sciences is a plus, but Engineering, Technology, or other technical industries are also acceptable.
• FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) experience is NOT preferred.
• Experience working with global teams or global clients is important.
• B2B industry experience is a plus.
• Experience using employee recognition/rewards platforms is beneficial.
