Job summary

You will oversee an Internal Communications team, shaping narratives for intranet, town halls, emails, video messages, and newsletters, while establishing metrics to drive continuous improvement in a global, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience developing strategy and producing high-quality communications content.
• Experience working with C-suite or senior leaders in complex, global or matrixed organizations.
• Background in journalism, writing, PR, marketing, executive communications, or corporate communications.

Responsibilities

• Design, lead, and manage an internal communications strategy aligned with firm objectives.
• Lead a team to deliver engaging narratives that connect to the firm's vision.
• Create multi-format content for intranet, town halls, emails, video, and newsletters.
• Establish metrics to monitor impact and drive continuous improvement.
• Advise senior leaders on strategic messaging and engagement plans.
