Job summary

Textron Inc. is seeking a Summer Intern in Internal Communications to join our Fort Worth, TX team for a 10-week program. You will help develop and execute communications strategies, conduct stakeholder interviews, and create data-driven reports while supporting events and storytelling across the organization.

The role emphasizes collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to work with diverse teams. The internship offers mentorship, training, and real project experience at Textron.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or English.
• Minimum 60 college credit hours completed by the start of the internship (June 1, 2027) or prior Bell internship experience
• 3.0 minimum overall, undergraduate GPA strongly preferred
• Able to complete the entire 10 weeks of the internship: June 1, 2027 – August 6, 2027

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of communications strategies.
• Conduct interviews and work with stakeholders to promote business updates, employee contributions, organizational changes and other topics through storytelling.
• Collect data and develop reports using information gathered through research and review of applicable tools and methods.
• Assist with virtual and in-person events as needed.
