The Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking a Corporate Communications intern to assist the Internal Communications Team with various communication plans and channels. This role will provide hands-on experience in content creation for employees.

The ideal candidate will be an upperclassman or graduate student in communications, with excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. The internship offers benefits including healthcare coverage, retirement package, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be in good academic standing as an upperclassman.
• Experience writing business communications preferred.
• Light experience with content management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in oversight of mass email tool.
• Review, edit and publish content to MCW intranet.
• Lead design and edit internal newsletters.
• Assist with institutional communications plans.
• Make recommendations on optimizing communication channels.
• Create and share analytics reports on communication channels.
