Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities required.
• Experience translating complex information into audience-focused content.
• Experience supporting organizational change or transformation preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and proofread content for internal and external audiences.
• Develop employee communications, intranet content, newsletters, leadership messages, FAQs, talking points, and change communications materials.
• Create website content, marketing materials, campaign messaging, blog posts, social media copy, and thought leadership content.
• Translate complex information into clear, audience-focused content.
• Follow brand standards and ensure consistent voice and messaging.
• Adapt tone and messaging based on audience and channel.
