Job summary

Comms Search & Selection seeks an Internal Communications Associate for our New York office. You will develop and execute internal communications strategies, collaborating with leadership to draft updates and strategic initiatives, and helping edit company-wide announcements, blog posts, live events and videos.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years in communications, with exceptional writing and organizational skills. Finance or tech experience is a plus, but not required.

The role

• Develop internal communications strategies and programs.
• Collaborate across various teams, including the firm’s leadership, to draft key business updates and strategic initiatives.
• Help edit and improve communication, for example company-wide announcements, blog posts, live events and videos.
• Support process management and improvement, from idea generation through execution.

Required experience and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with excellent academic record, plus 2-5 years experience in communications, professional writing/ editorial role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Previous experience in finance or tech is a plus but not required.
