Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Staff Internal Auditor to assess operational effectiveness across our locations. You will plan, execute and report on audits, test controls, and collaborate with branch and corporate teams to mitigate risk.

The role requires travel up to 30% and onsite work in Mechanicsburg, PA, with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality and adherence to SOX guidelines. Qualifications include 2+ years in auditing and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in auditing, risk management, compliance management or accounting.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and high attention to detail.
• Public accounting and SOX experience is a plus.
• ERP system experience with Oracle, SAP, or JD Edwards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with branch and corporate management to understand current processes.
• Perform tests of design and operating effectiveness at locations across the company.
• Identify risks and assist owners in developing new controls to address them.
• Communicate and document test results in formal audit reports.
• Assist in optimizing the company's ERP system.
• Travel up to 30% per year.
