Insperity is seeking a Staff Internal Auditor to perform professional internal auditing work, including operational, financial, and compliance audits and advisory support to management.

The role involves Sarbanes-Oxley and other audits, development of test plans, documenting processes, and communicating findings. Travel up to 5% may be required. Insperity is an equal opportunity employer.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Experience in accounting, internal audit, or public accounting is preferred.

Mansioni

• Conducts internal audits including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and other audits.
• Develops test plans/work programs, conducts interviews, documents processes, identifies risks and controls.
• Reviews and analyzes documents, prepares work papers, documents results.
• Participates in audits at site locations.
• Documents audit issues and recommendations with supervisor.
• Uses SharePoint to document audit results and recommendations.
• Performs data analytics and reports results to supervisor.
• Contributes to annual risk assessment through interviews and documentation.
• Maintains professional client and staff relationships through meetings.
