Job summary

Insperity is hiring a Staff Internal Auditor to perform professional internal auditing work across operational, financial, and compliance areas. The role includes Sarbanes-Oxley audits, development of test plans, and documenting results with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and experience in accounting, internal audit, or public accounting, with travel up to 5%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Experience in accounting, internal audit, or public accounting preferred.
• Travel up to 5% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits including Sarbanes-Oxley and other audits as needed.
• Develop test plans, work programs, and document processes and findings.
• Identify risks and controls; document results and recommendations.
• Participate in site audits and annual risk assessment processes.
• Represent internal audit on project teams and management meetings.
