AdventHealth is seeking an Internal Audit Associate to support development of audit scope and testing of controls. You will document processes, prepare findings, and communicate issues promptly while managing project timelines.

The role emphasizes collaboration, strong communication, and adherence to US GAAP in a healthcare setting. A Bachelor's degree and relevant experience are required, with CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• 1+ year of internal audit or public accounting experience preferred.
• CPA preferred.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and internal audit standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of audit scope and procedures.
• Perform internal control testing and document business processes.
• Document findings, communicate issues promptly, and prepare summaries.
