Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking an internal auditor to support audit scope, perform control tests, and document findings. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to US GAAP and internal policies, while maintaining timely communication of issues.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA is preferred and experience in internal audit or public accounting is valued. On-site Florida position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• CPA preferred.
• 1+ year of internal audit or public accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with audit scope development and select procedures.
• Document business processes and controls for audits.
• Perform tests of controls and account balances; document results.
• Communicate findings and recommendations promptly to stakeholders.
• Maintain productive team relationships and support audit deadlines.
