Job summary

Barclay Simpson is working with a global investment firm to recruit an Internal Audit VP in New York.

Working closely with the Head of Internal Audit, you will help develop a growing function, delivering audits across investment activities and wider operations while contributing to risk management and projects to build processes, systems and ways of working.

The ideal candidate will have around 8–12 years’ relevant experience within financial services, investment management, private equity or credit. Experience helping establish a team, implement systems or develop frameworks is particularly valuable, alongside strong audit skills and a practical, collaborative approach.

An accounting qualification such as CPA/ACA, CFA or a relevant postgraduate qualification such as an MBA is preferred. Interest or experience in applying AI is also welcomed.
