Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Manager of Internal Audit Transformation & Operations to lead agile delivery, backlog discipline, and operational backbone across audit, forensics, and controls workflows. This role emphasizes sprint cadence, cross-functional coordination, and transparency to accelerate automation and analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in risk consulting, internal audit, governance, risk, or compliance environments
• Experience leading complex transformation programs across multi-streams
• Strong facilitation, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills
• Familiarity with GRC technologies and enterprise data infrastructure is beneficial
• Comfort with ambiguity and driving continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Own sprint rhythm and agile ceremonies across transformation streams
• Maintain and groom transformation backlog with prioritization
• Manage pilot sequencing, dependencies, and blockers
• Track velocity, capacity, and delivery metrics; report to leadership
• Coach teams on agile practices and continuous improvement
• Serve as trusted advisor on program health and organizational readiness
