A luxury gaming and hospitality destination in Reno, Nevada, seeks an Internal Audit Manager to oversee and execute internal audits ensuring compliance with state regulations. The successful candidate will possess significant internal audit experience, preferably within the gaming industry. Responsibilities include leading audit plans, reporting findings, and collaborating with property leadership to maintain compliance. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• 5+ years of internal or external audit experience, preferably in the Gaming Industry.
• Strong knowledge of Nevada gaming operations and internal controls.
• A CIA, CPA, CISA or CFE certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and executing internal audits for the Atlantis Casino Resort Spa.
• Develop and execute a risk-based annual audit plan.
• Ensure compliance with Nevada gaming regulations and property procedures.
• Prepare audit reports outlining findings and recommendations.
