Job summary

Eide Bailly in Reno, NV is seeking an experienced internal audit professional to perform gaming compliance and BSA/AML examinations for casino clients. This in-office role requires strong regulatory knowledge and travel to client sites.

You will build relationships, manage multiple projects, and contribute to advisory projects across jurisdictions while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Experience in public accounting, gaming regulatory, and/or internal audit preferred.
• Experience with BSA, AML, and Title 31 requirements in gaming.
• Familiarity with Nevada regulatory gaming statutes and internal controls.
• Willingness to travel 20–25% with overnight stays.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong professional ethics and client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Performs gaming internal audit compliance procedures for clients based on the regulations.
• Performs FinCEN Bank Secrecy Act AML/Title 31 examinations for gaming clients.
• Assists with gaming industry compliance projects across jurisdictions.
• Networks, builds relationships, and attracts new clients.
• Attends training seminars and industry events.
• Ensures timely and accurate project performance.
• Maintains compliance with budgets, timelines, and deadlines.
