Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of solid auditing or financial services experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial crime, fraud, card scheme compliance, and enterprise risk management.
• Experience with regulators such as MAS, APRA, DNB, FCA.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to influence senior management.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute risk-based audit plans for compliance.
• Lead fieldwork and assess control design and operating effectiveness.
• Develop data analytics tools (Python, Databricks, Looker) to improve audits.
• Communicate audit findings clearly to stakeholders and governance committees.
• Monitor remediation and track management action plans.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and drive continuous improvement.
